It's not a modded Skyrim, Sam is bit closer to a real woman and she doesn't like to go around half naked. Bra, panties and some loose clothing is your friend here.
Great game for sure.
One big hickup in 0.2.40.0 on win10 64bit...
After few days working in a pub, skipping the dialogue, Sammy declines every offer to stay and chat, even if game says the check is passed.
